048-What do I do if I receive an item that is defective or not what I ordered?

We run a final check to make sure the specifications are what you've requested for before sending it out to you.

If you've received an item that is different from what you've ordered, please send an email to contact@collaro.co and we will be in touch with you as soon as we can.

If your parcel is damaged during the delivery process, and your clothes are damaged as a result, kindly take a few pictures of the damaged parcel and clothes and send it over to us - we'll see to it as soon as we can.
