032-Which countries do you ship to and which do you not ship to?

Countries we do not ship to
We currently ship to most countries around the world using Fedex and DHL services, except for India, Indonesia, Pakistan, Russia, Ukraine, Vietnam and a few other countries that our courier partners do not deliver to.

Choice of courier for free delivery
Kindly note that if you qualify for free delivery, we will use either Fedex or DHL to deliver your parcel. If you would like us to use a specific courier, an additional fee may apply.

Remote area
There's a possibility that our courier partners classify your delivery address as falling under a "remote area" in which case we'll have to pay a "remote area surcharge" (sometimes as much, or more than the delivery fee).

If your order has only one delivery, we will cover the full cost of the first "remote area surcharge".

If your order requires two deliveries, we will cover the first "remote area surcharge" though we will have to pass on the "remote area surcharge" of the second delivery to you.
