041-Can I change any details of my order after it is placed?
We do not allow for any changes after your ordered is processed by our team, as it will impact both the production and the final quality control check process.
However, in the unlikely event that your order has not been processed by our team, we may make an exception to allow for changes in your order with a fee of SGD30.
Occasionally, the changes you've requested for after your order is placed may not be executed for many reasons.
While we do our best to communicate with our cutters or sewers to make the necessary changes you've requested, there are many production steps and it's possible that we would still unintentionally miss out making the necessary changes for you.
If this scenario occurs, we will refund you the SGD30 fee that you've paid.
If you have ordered a trial item as an add-on option, please note that we immediately cut and set aside the the actual fabric you chose. This ensures that we don't have a situation where your fabric is out of stock after you've provided us with your feedback. For this reason, we are unable to change the fabric you've picked.
