047-Returns and exchanges

a. As all our products are custom-made to your personalised fit and styles, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

b. If you are trying us for the first time, we recommend adding a Trial Shirt/ Trial Trousers/ Basted Trial Jacket to refine your fit.

c. That said, for your first order, if you'd like to bring it to your local tailor to make minor adjustments to achieve a better fit, let us know and we will provide a credit refund of SGD25 or coupon code of SGD40 for your future order. All you need to do is to send us a picture of your tailoring receipt and process the refund or coupon code for you.

d. Once your order is placed, we'll review them in detail and we'll reach out to you if anything seems off. Our cutters also run another check on your measurements, and make adjustments if need be so that they can draft your clothes properly. This way, we improve the chances of you receiving something that fits you well. 

e. If any details of your orders are off, such as the measurements you provided, we will reach out to you up to a maximum of 3 times using a mix of email and messages (e.g. WhatsApp or iMessage). If we do not hear from you within 2 months from our last message, we will forfeit the fabric that we've set aside for your order and issue you a refund in the form of a coupon code. Please reach out to us to get your coupon code activated for you.

f. If you went through the trial item process (you order trial trousers as an add-on option, or if you select the "Delivery One First" option, we will wait for you to upload your fit pictures before we start on the remaining items in your order. However, if we do not hear from you within 6 months of receiving the first batch of items, we will reach out to you once to ask you about fit adjustments or for you to upload your fit pictures. If we do not hear from you within 2 months from our last message, we will forfeit the fabric that we've set aside for your order and issue you a refund in the form of a coupon code.
