043-Can I change the delivery address of my order?
We can change the delivery address for you if you reach out to us within a reasonable timeframe after your order is placed.
If extra charges apply to the new address (e.g. another country), we will inform you of the extra charges that you'll need to pay.
If our partner courier have made multiple attempts to deliver your parcel unsuccessfully, and your parcel is sent back to us, you are responsible for both the extra delivery fees which will be incurred:
1. From your country of delivery back to Collaro, and
2. From Collaro to your address for the second time which we will reschedule for you
If you choose not to pay for this 2 extra delivery fee, we will keep your parcel until the end of the year after which your order will be considered void.
