047-Returns and exchanges

As all our products are custom-made to your personalised fit and styles, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

That said, for your first order, if you'd like to bring it to your local tailor to make minor adjustments to achieve a better fit, let us know and we will provide a credit refund of SGD25 or coupon code of SGD40 for your future order.  

Once your order is placed, we'll review them in detail and we'll reach out to you if anything seems off. Our cutters also run another check on your measurements, and make adjustments if need be. This way, we lower the possibility of you receiving something that does not fit. 

If you are trying us for the first time, we recommend adding a Trial Shirt/ Trial Trousers/ Basted Trial Jacket to refine your fit.
