041- Fabric fee for wide legged trousers or very big garments

We're happy to work on wide-legged trousers or custom clothes for customers with a much bigger build, though there will be an extra fabric fee.

This fee is passed on to you as our prices are determined using the average size of our customers. If your measurements exceed the average measurements significantly, we will require considerably more fabric, especially for trousers. On occasions, almost twice as much fabric is used for customers with a bigger build.

This fee is waived for your first order, though we'll inform you about the fabric surcharge for your future orders after we've finalised your measurements.

The fabric fee is applied to the base price of our clothes, and it excludes any add-ons you select.

a. Tier 1 (10%)

• Shirt and outerwear: Chest exceeding 48inch (122cm) or length exceeding 31inch (78.5cm)
• Trousers: Thigh exceeding 31inch (78.5cm) / Knee exceeding 21inch (53.4cm) / Outseam length exceeding 42inch (107cm) / Hem exceeding 17.5inch (44.5cm)

b. Tier 2 (20%) surcharge (removed)
Tier 2 surcharge (20%) has been removed on 18 August 2025, and customers previously paying this surcharge will only need to pay Tier 1 surcharge (10%) instead.

We reserve the right to collect this surcharge for your future order on a case by case basis should we require significantly more fabric to craft your garments.

When we notify you of the surcharge, you do not need to make payment for that order, but rather for your future orders.
