003-I'm not confident of some of the details in my order, does your team run checks before you start making up my made custom clothes?

After you’ve made your purchase:

1. Our fitters, with a combined experience of over a decade, will check your order to ensure your measurements look right (if they don’t, we will reach out to you via email)

2. Your order is then cut by cutters with decades of experience, and if any measurements are off, they will make the necessary adjustment to achieve a better silhouette. If the adjustment to be made is big, we will email you to inform you.

3. Before your order is sent out, our team member Joanne runs detailed checks for the design and measurements of your clothes before doing a final round of final quality check

4. We'll check your address and ensure we can get your clothes to you, before we deliver

5. For your first order, if minor adjustments are needed to get a better fit, please bring it to your local tailor and we'll provide a credit refund of SGD25 or a coupon code of SGD40
